Marzotto: An Italian Textile Empire

Marzotto has been a leader in producing exceptional fabrics for nearly 200 years. Founded in 1836 under Hapsburg rule as Lanificio Luigi Marzotto & Figli in Veneto, a northeastern Italian region stretching from the Dolomite Mountains to the Adriatic Sea.

Under Gaetano Marzotto Jr., the company grew significantly and played a major role in influencing Italian fashion and the local community of Valdagno. In the 90s, Marzotto expanded internationally with the acquisition of Valentino and Hugo Boss.

However, Marzotto is still known for its high-quality textiles, including wool, silk, and linen. From farm to fabric, Marzotto leverages its vast network and use of innovative advanced machinery and techniques to ensure the excellent quality of its materials, making the brand uniquely recognizable worldwide.
